- 100% Full payment must be made within 3 workings days after confirmation order.

- Goods sold are Not refundable, returnable and exchangeable. Cancel order customers, money will not Refund. Strictly NO cancellation after payment done.
- Please check your parcel within 2 days after you received it & also check the lenses from the bottom of the bottle before you open it. No refund for torn/defected lens, only can do replacement. **Unsealed Vial is Not acceptable for replacement!
- No refund for out-of-stock lenses, we will Only do restock in the following batch.
- Any eye problems contracted after wearing lenses bought DOES NOT hold us responsible.
- Customers should stop wearing the lens if you develop any side effects. We will NOT hold responsible to any conditions.
- We are Not responsible for any lost and damage in the process of delivery.

- Pre-order may takes about 2-3 weeks to arrives after our closing date. Upon purchasing through our Spree, you are agreeing to the required period of waiting.
- We reserve the rights to extend our pre-order date if we didn't meet the said Minimum Order Quantity of our supplier.
- Ready stock will be ship out within 1-3 days.
